My original plan this year was to dress the whole family up in similarly themed costumes. My daughter quickly stamped her foot down on that idea.
This year my little girl wants to dress up as to Elsa from frozen. I have no doubt I will hear Frozen songs sung all night but at least I now know true words and can sing along toodecorative pillow shams， even if it wasn’；t planned and somewhat forced upon me.
What are you and your family going to dress up as this Halloween？ Let me know below.

My best friend was admiring my storebought Nepalese hat the other day, and since it was near Christmas, I decided to make one for her. I made this hat out of an old Icelandic sweater I never wore but whose pattern I loved. The other parts are odds and ends from my basement, so the whole project cost me nothing. But the hat has been tested successfully in the Midwestern winter, so it's worth doing. Read on to see how you, too, can make one.
We’ve been working on a few home projects this week, until late at night.? Sweet little Connor has asked for almost a year now for his room to finally be painted…..and hooray, it’s almost done.? Just a bit of touch up paint around the edges and we’re ready to actually set up his room.? His mattress has just been laying on the floor and nothing has really had a place.? So, it’s not really his fault when I ask him to clean his room and he just shoves things in little nooks and crannies, is it?? There hasn’t been much order in his room…..so I guess we’re to blame.? Ack, sorry buddy!? But he is beyond thrilled to finally have a place for everything.? That’s what the weekend holds for us…..moving everything back into his room.
